THE MENU
This 4 course gourmet dinner screams Italian Christmas from start to finish. Antipasto platter, smoked salmon parcels as a starter, followed by a seafoood lasagne and a luscious, indulging dessert to finish and top off the meal, I guarantee it will leave your tastebuds wanting more.
Bread, salami, cheeses, olives, extra virgin olive oil/vinegar for dipping.
Fagottini di salmone affumicato e porro: Parcel bags made from crepes and filled with ricotta, salmon and a leek, thyme and garlic sautee this is served with a balscamic glaze condiment.
Lasagne in bianco ai frutti di mare: White creamy lasagne (no tomatoes) in a seafood sauce made with mussels, clams, prawns and squid in a smooth and delicate beschiamelle and mozzarella sauce.
Cestini di nocciola con creme pattisserie e frutti di bosco: Crunchy hazlenut baskets filled with creme pattisserie and berries.
