THE MENU

 

This 4 course gourmet dinner screams Tuscany from start to finish. From the surprise Antipasto platter, to home made fettuccine (primo) with a white wine and mushroom sauce and roasted cherry tomatoes.

 

The main course (secondo) is a slow cooked wild boar with mixed roasted vegetables and finish the meal off (dolce) with a delightful prosecco panna cotta.
